Ok, so. first things first.
I am relatively new to cigars but i am an experienced pipe smoker and tobacco aficionado with a very developed palate.
Nicaraguan cigars are my favorite however i am not biased simply due to what i like. I have smoked many premium cigars and pipe tobaccos and Davidoff are a firm favorite...
Having JUST finished this cigar, i shall commence the review.
for £7-8 i was not expecting much, how wrong i was. first and foremost the cigar does not burn as clean as many higher end davidoff's , and so the ash is not as white or pristine but it still burns very clean for the price point . The flavor upon first light after a slight char (pipe habit) was very very sweet and honey like with some notes of sweet chestnut and licorice, Burning very well and even . The smoke is thick and very smooth and is best enjoyed when exhaled very very slowly through the nose and mouth together .
The first third maintains the sweetness and the above flavours then mellows into a more bitter smoke with hints of coffee and spice, It is best enjoyed and tatsed with a lighte
