Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Simply Cigars (London) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched ( at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, (link to returns policy) below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges (link to delivery charges).
Information on USA Shipments
We would like to apologise to all our customers in the United States of America. Due to new rules imposed by our credit card acquirer, we will no longer be able to accept credit card payments for Tobacco, Cigars or Snuff on this site.
We appreciate your custom but we have to abide by rules set by credit card companies. If you would like further information please email us and we will do our best to help you. We will be happy to supply all the other products on this web site as the ruling only applies to the purchase of TOBACCO LEAF PRODUCTS when accepting payment with a CREDIT CARD.

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 month of receipt (except all cigars). Some humidors that are made to order can not be returned for a refund or credit. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
We advise customers to check their purchase on receipt of goods and let us know of any issues within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email Customer Service to inform us and retain the original packaging for our inspection to validate your claim. Both the product and the original packaging should be returned within 10 days of receipt along with a written claim stating exactly why the item has been returned. We will not replace either a damaged or faulty item until it has been returned.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. To return any products to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns address.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or Simply Cigars e-Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Switch, Diners Club, JCB & Amex. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted to you by email. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 2pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 2pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Cost £3.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. please allow 2-5 working days for your delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Cost £8.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order on the next working day, providing we receive your order before 2.00pm and the item is in stock. If not in stock will will dispatch on a next day service as soon as the item becomes available.
Cost £10.95 per delivery address uo to 2kg. This guarantees delivery of your order on Saturday, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon on Friday and the item is in stock. If not in stock will will dispatch on a next day service as soon as the item becomes available.
Saturday delivery is available for orders under the weight of 2kg with Royal Mail at £10.50 delivery cost per order. Should the weight of your order exceeds the weight of 2kg, and we are unable to despatch by Royal Mail, you will be contacted and advised of any additional cost prior to shipping your order. An average cost for courier delivery on Saturday is £40.00.
OVERSEAS BFPO & NON-MAINLAND UK
Our standard postage is charged at £20. Orders over 2kg will be charged at courier quoted prices which will be confirmed with you before despatch.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
