Items are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns include all accessories, documentation, and any complimentary items originally supplied.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us of any issues within 14 days by emailing [email protected].
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned within 10 days, accompanied by a brief note explaining the issue.
For all returns, please retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

The cost of return is covered by the customer.
You may return the item using your preferred tracked delivery service.
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for your convenience; however, the collection cost will be deducted from your refund.
Postage costs are refundable only where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
We take great care to ensure that all cigars and accessories leave our humidors in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected:

Banks typically take 3–5 working days to credit your account once the refund has been processed.
