This website and these Terms are designed in accordance with UK law. While international orders are welcome, Simply Cigars (London) makes no representation that products or promotions comply with laws outside the UK.
If tobacco or related products are prohibited in your country, they are not offered for sale.
3. Age Verification for Tobacco Purchases
We are legally required to verify that all customers purchasing tobacco products are 18 years of age or older. This applies to all online sales of age-restricted items. Proof of age may be required before your order is processed or dispatched.
4. Contract Formation
A contract is formed once your order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched, at which point payment will be taken.
5. Prices & Availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (20%) unless stated otherwise.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Delivery charges apply as detailed in our Delivery Policy.
6. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
7. Returns
Items may be returned within one month of purchase if they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items (such as large humidor cabinets) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. For further details, please see our Returns Policy.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your cigars or accessories arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Email [email protected] with a clear photograph of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Payments & Taxes
We accept major credit and debit cards and Simply Cigars e-Gift Vouchers (PayPal is not accepted).
Orders shipped outside the UK and EU are supplied VAT-free.
Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
10. Secure Payments
We use Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode for additional payment protection.
You must be registered with your card issuer to use these services.
11. Our Guarantee
We aim to maintain stock of all active products listed on our website. However, availability may vary and delivery times are estimates only.
Simply Cigars (London) cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.
12. Conformity of Goods
We take great care to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in materials.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Except where prohibited by law, Simply Cigars (London) shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including data loss or service interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the total price of goods supplied under your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) strikes, fire, flood, or transport disruption.
