Please note that our office will be closed from 4 PM on August 23rd and will reopen on August 27th. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched starting August 27th, and will be processed in the order they were received. The speed of delivery will depend on the postage service you select. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
OUR POSTAL PACKAGING
All orders are dispatched in unbranded packaging without reference to cigars or tobacco.
GIFTS AND DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
If you want us to ship to an address different from the billing address, although this isn't a problem, don't hesitate to contact your credit card company and inform them that you are purchasing a mail-order transaction and having it shipped to a different address. This ensures they will allow us to process the charge without delay. Please enter the full billing address registered with the card issuer on the order form.
STANDARD DELIVERY (est. 3-5 WORKING DAYS)
£3.75 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery. All UK orders over £100 are delivered free of charge, excluding humidors (over 2kg), alcohol, lighters and gas.
FAST STANDARD DELIVERY (est. 1-3 WORKING DAYS)
£6.95 per delivery address. Service is available Monday through Friday only. Please allow 1-3 working days (excluding bank holidays) for your delivery. This is not a guaranteed day delivery service.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (Special delivery 1-2 working days - orders placed before 2 pm, Mon - Thurs)
£9.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday). No deliveries are made on public holidays. This guarantees delivery of your order on the next working day by 4 pm (Saturday & Sunday are not considered working days by Royal Mail), provided we receive your order before 2 pm. This is a signed-for-service.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
£12.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on Saturday, provided we receive it before 2 p.m. on Friday.
COURIER GAS DELIVERY
£18.00 per delivery address. Most packages arrive within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The parcel is tracked at all points while processing through the dispatch network, with most packages showing the expected delivery date and approximate delivery time.
ALCOHOL DISPATCH (UK ONLY)
UK Mainland delivery is £6.95. Alcohol may be dispatched separately to your cigar
EUROPE
Our standard postage is £20. Orders over 2kg will be charged at courier-quoted prices, which will be confirmed with you before despatch. Please note that humidors or large and heavy objects can be subject to additional shipping costs per the courier quote. You will be notified by email with a confirmation of any additional cost before despatch.
Usually, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. The person receiving the parcel must pay any charges (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers).
SHIPPING COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS (updated)
We are sorry, but we do not ship tobacco products to the following countries: US, Canada, ROI, NI, France, Italy, Greece, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Norway, Finland, Hungary, Sweden, Ukraine, Latvia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, and Switzerland.
Simply Cigars has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting.
