All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to cigars or tobacco.
We can deliver to an address different from your billing address. To avoid delays, please ensure your card provider authorises mail-order transactions to that address. Always use the billing address registered with your card issuer on the order form.
When placing an online order that includes tobacco products, we are legally required to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. This regulation applies to all online sales of age-restricted products.
To complete your first order, you must first set up an account and upload proof of age. The ID you provide must match the name of the account holder, and your full name and date of birth must be clearly visible.
