The Montecristo Open Eagle Robusto Extra is the largest of the Montecristo Open series. Its commanding 54-ring gauge format houses a different, lighter tobacco blend than standard Montecristos. This milder Montecristo suits experienced and novice smokers alike. The perfect mix with the Remy Martin 1738 Miniature 5cl regal appearance gives mellow and rich flavours that are smooth and well-balanced on the palate.

This is a miniature of Rémy Martin's acclaimed 1738 Cognac, which sits between the VSOP and XO in the house's range. This rich, robust spirit has delicious notes of butterscotch, figs, plum, baking spices, and toast.

This is named in honour of the Accord Royal granted by King Louis XV to Rémy Martin in 1738, allowing the firm to use his land to plant vines.
