The premium no.7 is an attractive and well packaged cigar (actually too well packaged as the foil is a nightmare to remove). In the mouth it tastes fairly mild and subtle without any lasting aftertaste. In the nose it's nicer with a woody, perfumey aroma which is quite pleasant. The main problem with this cigar is that it is very tightly wrapped and the cover leaf actually comes round far enough to be obstructive. The result is that it's very difficult to get a draw through which is somewhat at odds with the easy going flavour. If you enjoy this type then you will like the premium no.7 but I'll be sticking to the export from now on.

The square export is a very pleasant cigar, which has a rich but not too strong flavour. It has a warming, slightly spicy taste which lasts well. Burning time is around 25-45 minutes depending on your pace. Visually they are impressive. Each cigar is paper wrapped and the cigars themselves are an interesting light brown (almost yellow) colour. The only gripe with them is that they are not very tightly wrapped and sometimes in the late stages the cover leaf can start to unravel. Pehaps the round version is better in this respect.
