From seedling to barn-curing, the process is overseen with meticulous care. After harvest, the leaves are cured and then aged through a slow oxidation stage that helps break down carotenoids, developing the tobacco’s natural sweetness, enhancing balance, and delivering a consistent flavour profile throughout the smoke. The tobacco is typically aged for 18 to 24 months, creating a smoother, richer experience with impressive uniformity.
