The term Maduro refers to the deep, dark shade of the wrapper leaf. Harvested from the very top of the shade-grown tobacco plant, these leaves undergo an extended natural fermentation and ageing process, developing their signature oily sheen, sweetness, and complex aroma. The result is a cigar with a refined depth of flavour, delivering notes of dark chocolate, molasses, earth, and roasted coffee.
